I keep having dreams that my belly button is going to pop out. I'm 34 weeks and have no sign of it getting close. It really freaks me out. Don't think it's going to but would really like to stop dreaming about it.

You might be dreaming about it exactly for that reason - because it freaks you out. Your subconscious picked up on it so it's manifesting in dreamworld !
