It's weird that I may only be 2 or 3 weeks away from having my baby. I feel pretty normal. No braxton hicks or anything. Do contractions just start suddenly or are they something that gradually ramp up?

I had BH a week before the real thing with my first born. this time around I'm with twins and I've been having BH every day several times a day since week 20. but I also know the difference between the real and fake ones. so I'm not concerned.
