Had banana, apple, yogurt and ice cream for supper 🙈 then decided to have my home baked cheesecake with jelly glaze on it for dessert... slept for an hour cus I woke up early to prepare breakfast for Bf and now I'm having diarrhoea. 😕 I guess I ate too much...

Yeah I've heard iron tablets mess everything up. But I think pregnancy does that it's self 🙈😂 xx

Exactly. Maybe the double dosage of iron pills are to blame as well.. midwife told me diarrhoea and constipation will come hand in hand when taking iron pills. I had no problem eating yogurt and ice cream (only that I'm a little lactose intolerant but I love dairy!) and now I'm having diarrhoea..oh the joy of pregnancy! @stacey804 xx
I never know what my body is doing from one hour to the next these days :S one day I can have something the next it doesn't agree with me. Never safe! 😂 xx
