be careful if you use nipple stimulation. it can put the baby in distress so its not really an ideal situation. my Dr said to leave my nipples alone. she said to put a towel in the dryer to warm it up and lay it across my bare chest. that's about all the stimulation you need. anything more can cause painful contractions that aren't real and can harm the baby
walk sit on the toilet or birthing ball so baby's head pushes against your cervix! sit on the ball or couch or toilet whatever and lean forward with legs wide open!

I'm in labor
Guys, I've been in labor I guess since 9pm Sunday. .that I know.
My MIL is planning on staying in the hospital the entire time I’m in labor. I don’t want that. Any tips on how to deal with this? Why can’t my MIL understand that labor is private for us😩 And when the baby is here she’s never going to leave us or the baby alone. She’s really testing my patience😡

sex! and him coming in you... walking. there is a right and wrong way to use nipped stimulation. if you use nipple stimulation only stimulate one nipple at a time for no more then 5 minutes and only one nipple an hour.. if you start contracting skip the next stimulation
