Can someone please please please tell me how to get rid of this leg pain. It's only at night time and it's only my left leg. It like aches to where I can't sleep and if I am sleeping it wakes me up. And it aches so bad I get nauseous . Someone please help!

I've been drinking water like crazy ..... @mygiftof2016 and it's mainly in my knee, not my calf which is that weird part @aylissakierra
They say you can flex you foot which stretches your calf muscle to relieve the pain , but if you walk around a lil bit that might help to .. I usually walk around .
