Both of my children had gold bracelets. My daughter also had earrings and a teeny tiny itty bitty diamond solitaire necklace that she wore on special occasions.
I've been looking into the amber necklaces for teething. and my step daughters had their ears pierced at 3months or so so they have always had earnings in.
