But even with me losing my mucus plug, I still haven't felt anything. It's looking like I'm gonna have to be induced lol

As i mentioned, every day...every week matters. I didn't tell her not to try to do it on her own. I recommended that she give it more time because trying to self induce will probably work better the fsrther along you are because your body is a bit more ready. I'm speaking from a place of knowledge, not judgement so chill. Excuse me for trying to help women have healthier babies and a better chance at their home induction attempts to actually work.

I totally get why you're asking, in my opinion induction sucks. lots of walking, sex, squats, bouncing on a ball might help you!

I understand that. That's why I asked why you wanted to make your plug come out in particular when i gave you information about not needing to lose your plug to go into labor.
Within the wk the baby still makes major developments so that's why i recommended not rushing. Plus it's harder for home induction methods to be successful before 39 weeks becuase most likely the body isn't ready

And you are still in the 38th week, don't rush for labor to start. Baby still has time to develop

You don't need to lose it though so why try to make yourself lose it?
