I agree with the prenatal. And we had sex every other day.

Prenatal's helped me get pregnant!! We were trying for a year and started taking prenatals twice a day a month later I got pregnant! Have sex a day before ovulation the day of ovulation and the day after.. Sperm live in the cervix for 7 days but it takes at least 7 hours for them to become active after ejaculation so lay in bed after sex! Do it before bed time

My OBGYN said absolutely do not have sex every day if you are trying. Have sex every other day during ovulation and every 3 days when your not ovulating it makes you more fertile and makes your body want to hold onto the sperm
