I wanted to share my 3 Week Waist Training results with you all! I know some are opposed to it and that's fine but I am really happy with the results. I think I look pretty good for being 2 months PP and nearly 60lbs. I have lost all of my weight and I am actually 3lbs lighter than I was pre-baby! My stomach is getting firmer and more defined, I just need to tackle that mommy pooch but I'm working on it 💪🏽

just wanted to suggest youtube Tiffany Rothe ab workout. really helped me get rid of pooch. I agree with you on waist training although I use it more when baby sleeps because I feel like it distracts from milk production. bare skin triggers my brain to produce more milk.
