I thought my belly wasn't growing either but I started looking at my weekly pictures and my clothes kept shrinking and realized I've grown a lot :) haha I wouldn't worry, If your doctor isn't concerned I'm sure everything is good! my biggest aha moment was my stretchmarks getting extra stretchy. lol
