prayers wed-Thurs please I'm in VA and it's a woman state for custody no matter what evidence you have. dad is fighting to take his son out of a very dirty filthy place where he is left to wander by himself around the trailer park when there are registered child sex offenders next door. he is currently living with mom half of the time in a very small 2bedroom trailer with a 7m old and three adults mom sleeps on the couch his bedroom is a transformed walk in closet.... no room for growth. .. she's moved in and out of this place seven times in the past year
we pray that the judge sees that our home is better for him and more stable living conditions. unlike mom we've lived in the same home for two years now.
amongst lots of evidence against her. we just really hope that VA realizes what is actually best instead of pulling the "we can't because that mom" card

@ashsloan, si I've heard. I've always been one to believe that if a parent is unfit and there is evidence to support it then why should that parent be more fit to have the child than a parent who actually can sort their child in the best ways possible @ashsloan
Wow she definitely sounds like an unfit mother. But I understand how those states work, Texas is one of those as well. It really sucks in some situations
I hope so @ashsloan but it is VA. we've picked him up and she didn't know where he was just that he was outside playing..... my husband first thought was being terrified that a sex offender that lives next door to her picked him up
With the registered sex offender thing it should matter because that's a big no no. Hopefully everything works out in your favor. Good luck 💕
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
