Ive decided that im going to start buying stuff when ive been to my scan/ got my own place :) xx

i started buying at 17 weeks after a private gender scan but everyones different, start buying as soon or as late as u feel ready to do so :)

Well i smoke to (im quitting) and thankyou ☺️ its really tough because my mum and her boyfriend aint helping either, i dont think they care because they dont ask how i am let alone their unborn grandchild,and because this is my first child (his 2nd) i though that they would be there for me and not ignore me or put me under loads of stress. I just feel like crying all the time because im always on my own until the weekend and i still have to do everything xx

@7illy-louis3 Awe hun, I hope you get your own place soon. Smoke won't ve great for your bubba. I'm always her for advice :) message me anytime and I will get back to you as soon as you can :) My partner wasn't around much of the time while I was pregnant. Sometimes we wouldn't see eachother for 4-6 weeks at a time :) He didn't buy anything :) I bought things and was given things by family and friends :) So I know how tough it is :) Even now..we only see each other every few days :) xx

Well ive already been brought a quilt, blanket and cot sheets (from my mum) but thats it, i want to start getting stuff now but ive got two dogs at my mums where i am now and they moult like mad because they are huskies and everyone in the house smokes and i dont want dog hair on them or them smelling like smoke. I might wait till ive got my own place (hopefully soon) and wow shes grown fast :) bless her, and plus ive been having a few problems with my mum and her boyfriend :( so ive got noone to help or get advice from because my partner is always working and i only get to see him at weekends. I just feel like ive gotta go everything on my own until he comes down xx

I live at my mums so won't be setting up a nursery. My mum has the space. But I don't plan to be here that long :) I don't have a cot bed yet :) but will be getting one soon. I was given a crib and I bought a basket and I couldn't get her to sleep in them so we co-sleep :)

Whenever you feel comfortable buying hun :) It is totally up to you :) You can get bits here and there every week if you like :) I got a few bits every month of my pregnancy :) I was given quite a few things :) I just bought a few sets of sleepsuits, vests and hats :) and socks :) I got my pram when I was 14 weeks :) I didn't find out the sex :) I picked up and recieved clothes when my daughter was born :) I'm glad I didn't buy too much because she outgrew 0-3 by 4 weeks old :) she is pretty much nearly out of 3-6 clothes at 3 months old :) Now I just buy as I need :) She went up sizes in nappies pretty fast too...around the same rate as she grew into new clothes :).She's in size 3 :) x
