Only 5-7 minutes every 3-4 hours but I produce a lot like 4oz each and I've had over flow so I slowed it down

Do you massage while pumping ? Like take one side and put the pump on and massage from up to down it helps the milk down I cried girl I felt like a failure try and if you don't get much try asking your doctor for a lactation specialist and they may help @juliannap

Don't feel bad! Are you staying hydrated? Drink lots of water. Don't stress, get some rest. Keep trying to feed your baby. He/she has better suction than a pump.

It makes me want to cry Bc of how guilty I feel. I've been pumping for 10 mins and only droplets have come out :( @mimiz

Yes. Do lots of skin to skin. Mothers milk tea, fenugreek, brewers yeast (a powder you can add to cereals, smoothies, baked goods), steel cut oats, and lots of nipple stimulating

Pump at least every two hours you train your own milk supply! Also massage in warm to hot water in the shower every night 10 minutes it takes a lot of patience drink lots of liquids
