Before getting pregnant I was 87 lbs & at 37 weeks I weighed 114. At my 6 weeks appointment I weighed 98. Does anyone know how I can gain some weight, besides eating cause believe me when I say I eat lol. I want to be at least 110-115
well, we can trade places if you like. lol, there's no issue gaining weight over here (though I wish there was 😂) I'll gladly take your place
That sounds hard lol since I've had the baby I don't have much time to do anything really cause I have 3 other boys as well & my man works from 6:30-8 so I basically snack all day until it's time for dinner, that's probably not helping either. I want to try protein shakes & i even chose the pill cause I hear it makes some people gain weight @floress_j
Just eat, lol I'm healthy I just come from a petite family. Nobody is over 4'10 lol. & I use to be 110 before I had my first son & after that I've been under 100lbs
It's really hard to gain weight when you've been slim all your life. Before i became pregnant i was actually trying to gain weight as well. I would fluctuate between 111-115. It was really hard. Maybe counting calories? It isn't easy honestly. Having a certain amount of calories that you want to take in every day will be ideal. There's apps that will help you with finding the right amount, you just have to type in your info like height, weight, bmi, etc.
goodness, I don't know. have you talked with your doctor about it? surely they must be able to offer some advice.
Oh it is hard lol. It's harder to gain weight with a fast metabolism than it is to lose it. Protein shakes would be good to add to your snacks! Add ingredients that will give you those calories! And girl i was on the pill, if anything i think birth control made me lose weight. Before i met my bf, like 7 years back i was weighing 125. After we got together and of course i got on birthcontrol i began to lose weight down to 111 which was what i was weighing before i became pregnant. Everyones different tho cause i've also heard of woman gaining weight off certain birth controls, that just didnt work for me unfortunately lol
