Does Breastfeeding help you lose baby weight???

@miicat, That's whats up, but I've been to 3 breastfeeding classes so I know about all that. I just wanted to know was it really true about the weight loss part. Bouncing back want be a problem because I'm not that big and have always been small and this is my second child.

I'm breastfeeding because breast milk has crucial nutrients for babies and toddlers, but that's interesting information! Luckily I know exactly how to bounce back though, so I'm not worried about putting on weight. :)
