They say sleep on your left side, but I absolutely can not. I have terrible pain when sleeping on my left side. Did anyone else just have to sleep on their right side or back?
my ob told me i can sleep on my back and just put a pillow underneath
@myasmommy, I switch between my left and right side all night, I can't just stay on one side. When I'm on my back I feel like a turtle and can't breath though so that's out lol
I slept on my back and my dr said not to worry about it.
I still sleep on my back and I'm 36 weeks. it just works for me, I can't fall asleep any other way. me and baby are fine and my doctor said it's fine as long as I'm comfortable.
@myasmommy, I sleep 99.9% on my right side. It's really whoever you're comfortable!
I sleep on my right side most of the time and my back almost every night I switch from right to back.
I sleep on my right all the time and my baby is perfectly fine 😊
@myasmommy, I have to switch off and on all night. there is no way I can just sleep on one side. it's too much.

Sleeping position when pregnant
I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
How do yall sleep at night, I know they say sleep on your Left side, but it's not comfy for me.!
I keep seeing posts about not sleeping on your right side but to sleep on your left??? I am wayyyy more comfortable and use to my right then my left...I don't understand why I shouldn't be???
I've always heard it's best to sleep on the left side, but the position I find comfortable is on my right side! What side do y'all sleep on?
I can't sleep on my left side it's just really freaking uncomfortable so I always sleep on my right side or my back.
