I was spotting from 5-7 but everything was okay then was bleeding for about 2 days when I was around 14 weeks. I find that when I overwork myself is when I spot once I rest and stay off my feet the spotting stops. If you feel worried go to the hospital or call your doc

if u have had sex or anything like that the bleeding is just from your cervix I had that problem I would just watch it

Put a pad on if you filled a pad up yes if it's just a few dots could be nothing I has that happen with my Son but he was fine.
