ugh ! since I had ripped I had to get stitches. And it's so uncomfortable!! my private area burns and itches so bad cuz these damn stitches 😢😢😢 I can't even sit down it hurts and so uncomfortable 😢 when will it heal and not hurt anymore ?!
So if you have the baby with no pain meds and you tear, when they stitch you up, does it hurt? 😭
Any moms every been so damn constipated after having a baby. It hurts so bad I be crying when I take a poop lol. Maybe because I got stitches .. Idk it hurts
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
So I gave in and had sex with my boyfriend last night I am 3w4days pp. it didn’t really hurt, more uncomfortable, but I had a little bleeding after. Should I be concerned? Anybody else have This?
Anyone who had to get stitched up after birth how long did it take afterwards to stop hurting? :( like I can't do anything without it hurting and it burns so bad when I pee

the same thing happen to me when I had my daughter . the hosptial gave me a some spray to take home to ease the pain. i recommend it! it works good!

It'll heal in no time. My doctor checked and almost all of my stitches have dissolved.

Mine got infected so it hurt even more! Don't sit on your behind for too long or stand. Lay down most of the time. Use squirt bottle when you pee.

Take frequent sitz baths. Don't do any strenuous activity. Wash hands before and after. Let them air dry 2x a day.

perineal cold packs is what the nurses gave me to put in my underwear. They worked wonders since I had 3 stitches. looks like this.

It's a pad that you put aloe Vera and oils on a freeze it in the freezer and it really helps you....just type it in on Google. But I have a few friends that LOVE it because it really helps
