They make baby food for 4 month olds, age is my choice, just wondering if water would be alright in her oatmeal.

I suggest skipping the cereal all together and do some research. no solids until at least 6 months

Have you tried hand expressing right in the middle of her feeds? I can't get anything out by a pump anymore, but o can when I'm hand expressing! Also, oatmeal is a little more harsh on the stomach, I would try single-grain rice cereal instead :) just a suggestion!

I would check with your pediatrician.. 4 months seems a little young for solids.

try pumping on one side while she nurses on the other. That's how i got most of my milk saved up. Otherwise, yes you can make baby cereal with milk, water, or even juice when the baby is old enough
