What do I pack in my daughters diaper bag? I have her hospital bag already packed so I'm talking about legit diaper bag. I have some diapers, a thing of wipes, a couple outfits, changing pad, some head bands, a pair of shoes, a container with a nose sucker fingernail clippers a little brush, I'm planning on breastfeeding but I do have two clean, empty bottle in there as well, I also put diaper cream in the bag as well. I also put a small blanket and receiving blanket as well. Am I missing anything?

Talk to your doc about sun screen. My pediatrician said you're not supposed to put it on lil ones under six months I think it was. They are still so sensitive. Just keep them shaded. Sounds like you have everything else you need tho. :-)
@belles_mom428, yes I have hand sanitizer on her diaper bag and my purse and her hospital bag just because I'm such a germ freak (well kind of) and of course a thermometer how could I forget?! @jessica415 thank you I forgot sunscreen I actually have to go tomorrow and buy some. thank you!(:
Sun screen, nursing cover, receiving blanket, burp cloth, nursing pads, gas drops, gripe water (just in case), and pacifiers :)
I put a thermometer and tissues in mine I also heard hand sanitizer is good to have just in case you aren't around a sink to wash your hands
it depends on where you are going and for how long. a trip to the grocery store - maybe a diaper and wipes. all trip to the zoo - everything you own. just kidding. you will want to pack a ton and then realize what you really need that day. it sounds like you got the basics. maybe a spare pacifier if you are going to use those. cover for nursing doubles as a light blanket. crinkle toy?

When Do You Pack Baby Diaper Bag ?
I have five weeks left for my ladybug to be here and I have NOTHING ready. did anyone else do everything last minute? hell, I don't even have a place to live yet and all I have for her is a crib, a couple outfits and some newborn diapers...no hospital bags packed, no diaper bag ready, no clothes washed. I'm starting to panic about it!

When did everyone pack a hospital bag and what did you put in it? Do I have to bring diapers and wipes for the baby or does the hospital provide them?
I wouldn't use the clippers, I'd just bite her nails off. It's safer, I made the mistake of clipping his nails and he bled like a pig.
