First OB appt went well, but now I think I may want to deliver at a different hospital not associated with my OB I've had since college. How do I go about changing?

Pregnant Mommy’s with no insurance what do you pay per a visit to see your ob? I need to get in to see an ob but I have NO Insurance and I’m scared if I don’t get any will I ever be able to afford to see one? With my daughter I had acchs but no longer qualify 😭
So my next ob appointment I'll be 10 weeks and 4 days.. do you think my ob will use the Doppler to get the baby's heart beat or is it too early? ( I didn't go to the ob with my son till I was 10 weeks and I got an ultrasound that day and my annual and then went back a month later and that was basically my first actual prenatal visit so I was like 14 weeks with him)
6 MONTHS AND I CAN NOT DECIDE WHAT OB DOCTOR I WANT TO GO TO UGH ALL BECAUSE I DONT WANNA DELIEVER AT NONE OF THESE HOSPITALS
Should be about 10 weeks today! And I have my first appt with my OB in an hour!
