are you using the actual oil or the capsules ?

my friend used the capsules, you can get them from Target or Walmart. you poke holes in them, and insert two in your vagina overnight (sleep with a pad because they will come out). she said she started contracting that night and had her baby the next day. her doctor recommended doing it that way.

I have the capsules and I've read about taking them both orally and vaginally. I started taking them orally a week ago and will possibly start vaginally once im 37 weeks
