Is there any constipation remedies?? I never had this with my daughter let alone ever had this issue while not pregnant. Please tell me there is something I can do! I'm so bloated
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Not really sure of any immediate remedies - but be sure to increase your water intake overall.
Also, eat foods high in fiber. Pregnancy hormones and slowed digestion go together hand in hand, so if you keep roughage and water intake higher it'll help alleviate some of the discomfort
