Okay, so I've been pumping for about five days now, my LOs are in the NICU, and my supply came in pretty strong. I have been trying to stay on top of pumping every 3 hrs or so. It used to be pretty even between what my boob's would put out but now my right boob will get hard and start to hurt but when I pump it comes out so slowly. I'm new to this so is this like a normal adjusting thing or do I may have a clogged duct? If so any recommendations mommies? Thank you!

Okay, I'll give that a try! Thank you! Yes it is hard, but I just take all my milk up there each visit, I wish I could afford to stay with them all the time!
Make sure you massage them good while pumping or before or both I know it hurts like crazy I couldn't imagine massing them those first view days ! Now I'm constantly mashing them like potatoes to get more milk 😂😭
This same things happens to me exactly I talked to my nicu nurse and she said it's probably to early for a clogged milk duct what I thought I had as well she recommended that I take a hot shower and let my breasts run under the hot water and massage my boobs very good esp the one not pumping as much to get the milk flowing ! Worked wonders hopefully it dos for you to! I know how stressful it can be to pump and visit your baby every two to three hours to feed him or her! My son had jaundice and I stayed in the hospital paid extra days to room there until he went home even though I was discharged already I was not leaving without my baby
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
