178/103 blood pressure and I've hit 171.8 in weight when I'm normally 123 pre baby. I have 5 weeks left and I could barely breath last night my legs are so swollen I can leave indents in my feet, my headache is awful, I've had blurry vision since Tuesday, and I threw up this morning. Think this could be preeclampsia?

I would call the dr asap, with the swelling and blood pressure.... the weight isn't too bad, I was 172 for the last month of my pregnancy

Thank you guys I'm at my hematologist getting an iron transfusion because it has dropped to 8 😳 dr here told me to get this then head over to dr in case they decide to take the baby today
if you blood pressure is that high i would definitely call your doctor or go to l&d that is not a good reading at all
You all were right preeclampsia, getting induced right now. My BP hit 180/120
