Heartburn is my worst nightmare 😢😢 and it's even worse because everything I eat triggers heartburn. I have tried over the counter medicines and baking soda nothing works... I just tried milk and it's helping a little bit but my child isn't like it to well he keeps balling up and stretching back out in odd position. 🙄🙄 I just want sleep while I'm supposed to be able to get it. Someone help me what can I do?

@dessy9671, my right finger tips have been numb since 25 weeks no matter if I'm laying down or standing up lol so I totally understand pregnancy is rough some days, worth it. but rough lol
I get it from drinking water also. And milk isn't helping anymore. When I sleep on my left side my arms go numb. @paige1212
I've had it super bad too and it got worse the further along I got, I take tums, zantac, and sleep kinda propped up it gets so bad some nights I'll throw up and it'll wake me up out of deep sleeps it's miserable! milk never helped me and I would get heartburn from drinking water even, I just can't win for losing lol
if you havent done these things already...Try not to eat anything heavy after 6 pm, drink 30 mins before you eat or after, sit up atleast an 1 hour after you eat, avoid greasy and spicy food, sleep on your left side with your head and shoulders upwards. i think those things helped me
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
