it bothers me so much when woman try to induce labor before the baby is full term unless due to medical reasons. why would you want to risk any complications the baby may have for your comfort? its common sense pregnancy is uncomfortable. I mean I just dont get it

this. i hate it when they're just 33 weeks & wanting to induce themselves. like dude, CHILL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BABY IN NICU (:

I don't think women want to necessarily harm the baby... I just think the anxiety gets the best of them. I'm 33 weeks and I'm in no way or form trying to induce myself BUT I do think my body is at it's breaking point Lol. Every woman handles pregnancy differently...some enjoy it and some don't.

I had to get induce due to my baby's heart rate not being stable at 38 weeks but by than he was already considered full term , I'm against it being for stupid reasons but if the baby's health or yours is in jeopardy than go for it. Those lasts weeks are when the baby gains the most weight and clearly they don't know that.

I usually comment with a picture of my itty bitty at whatever gestational age they're bitching about. @youngg.mommyy @graciesmama

I agree with both of you, but @mommyof20816 I'm not talking aboit wanting too, I'm talking about those who are literally actually trying to induce theirself its just ridiculous to me

@izamarpink, I agree anything other than medical reasons before full term to me is just selfish.

my daughter was about twice the size of a napkin & that was at 36 weeks. just before it was considered full term & she was STILL in NICU because she couldn't breathe. @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom

exactly I just don't see why they would want to risk it @youngg.mommyy babies are too precious for that you know?

I understand. I was induced with my first one because she was over due. Almost 41 weeks. And it's NOT FUN AT ALL. I'm over this pregnancy but I want this lil boy to take his time because I'm not ready for contractions again lol
Kimberly ·
@mommyof20816 but I don't think they're thinking about their baby when they say "I just want to have my baby already, I'm in pain, I'm uncomfortable, I can't sleep, blawblawblaw." Medical reasons are completely different. I also told my OB Doctor with my first that I refused to be induced until 40 weeks even though they wanted me to be induced at 39'weeks.

my second was 39 weeks and some days when I had my schedule c section and he was just over 5 pounds and they had to run alot of tests and all because how small his head was. after 36 weeks I think is ok to start walking and squats and sex but nothing extreme. baby will come when it's ready!

I'm almost 28 weeks and I'm getting to the point where I'm uncomfortable and still I want her to cook wayyyy longer at least ten weeks . I don't really enjoy pregnancy but anything to keep my baby healthy and safe ! @mommyof20816
Kimberly ·
For example, this is what a 29 week baby looks like. I have no problem being the bitch who says "do you want to see your baby like this? Because you were uncomfortable?" I was in liver failure and I didn't want to deliver. No one should want to see their baby like this.

I mean pregnant women are full of hormones. Of course they are gonna complain lol...doesn't mean they aren't thinking about their kid. I KNOW I complain but trust me I love my baby to death and want whatever is best for him. Complaining and actually trying to make them come early are two different things.

I say I want this baby out of me all the time and I'm 33 weeks but I don't actually mean I'm gonna do anything to try to get him to come out. Once the doctor tells me it's okay, I'm going to do things to help labor but that doesn't mean it'll actually help. I haven't seen anyone at 33 weeks or around this actually trying to induce labor but I don't doubt they're out there. But just because I say "I want this baby out of me now" doesn't mean I'm trying to induce labor. It just means I'm bitchy and complaining because my feet are swollen and my legs are swollen and my back hurts like a mf lol

I agree with you.. but yes I've seen people , maybe not 33 weeks but I've seen 34 weeks trying to induce theirself ! @rockysmommy

That's insane I'd want my baby to be completely healthy.. Plus even if I tries sex and walking and all that natural stuff it doesn't mean it would actually work lol hell stay in until he's ready or they force him out
