Work for the county and after 9 months of being in a different department due to being pregnant, the Board of Commissioners and the Finance Department are arguing saying I need to take my FMLA a week early because they didn't sign off on me switching departments.
Human Resources came up with the idea of me moving so it sounds like an issue between y'all, not me. My last working day is next Friday anyway. Just give me my damn week and let me have my kid.
