At mine they just check your vitals and u still have to pee in the cup. They ask if u want birth control and ask questions on how u and the baby doing. I didn't have to get a pap since I had one at my first prenatal visit

@I zamarpink, I meant I didn't need any blood work at all, my appt lasted less then 10 mins

@izamarpink, really? Mine didn't have me do that. It amazes me how much the Drs differ on stuff @braelynnsmommy mine was a bit of discomfort but it wasn't painful.

Did they check your breasts for anything? I do self Breast exams so my ob rarely checks me @braelynnsmommy

They ask you questions and send you to get some blood work.

They open your vagina with metal things and take a big qtip inside to scratch some of your cervix to test for infections.

@braelynnsmommy, if you went through the pain of having a child a pap should be no problem

My ob gave me a pap checked my mental health and asked if I wanted bc and then cleared me for sex
