Have you had your first period yet? But yes you can get pregnant

exclusively breastfeeding, which means you are feeding around the clock not pumping or supplementing & still feeding at night, makes it hard to get pregnant because it can prevent you from getting your period for months sometimes. the problem is you don't know when you will ovulate, which can happen at any time & that's how women get pregnant. i think if you tell them at your appointment they could draw blood or use another test.

I'm not sure, my pp bleeding hasn't fully stopped yet but I've been getting menstral cramps

good luck! i suggest using condoms at least for a little while. Ive been on bc for 7 months & I'm still supper paranoid.
