@amaperalta03, maybe try a warm-hot bath! Not sure what hurts but that and a heating pad may work until you can get some Tylenol.

@amaperalta03, ohhhh okay.. Well I wouldn't. They are pretty strict about just using acetaminophen based (Tylenol) products only.

@mama_icie, I have no car my boyfriend has it and I have no Tylenol I'll just deal with the pain
its not safe can make rhe plcenta detach from the wall and loss the baby tylonel only
No ibeprophen is also a blood thinner and is dangerous that's why they say acetaminophen is best.

You can but you take the risk of bleeding because it acts as a blood thinner so they say not to but it won't harm the baby
