You've gotta relieve the pressure. Pump. Hand express. When your boob isn't so hard the baby can latch. Best of luck!!
Shower. Heating pad and cold compress. Even though it hurts don't miss a pump or feeding session. It will only get worse. Squeeze around your aeriola to get it started while you are in the shower. Hang in there mama
I agree with going in the hot shower! It helps a lot.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
