I wish every place was like Texas!!! @ashsloan. It really is! ! I was in cps as a child and it was crap! I hope so to I don't even know how to message someone all of this.. @babynessa

The laws and CPS is a joke. I went through the system as a child and I've even tried to get help for 5 of my nieces since my sister and baby daddy are on drug and he's abusive but because of the laws nothing will be done. I hope Chris decides to to get involved and try to get custody if she's his daughter. @anessafraga

Oh wow in Texas if it is found they're abusive their rights automatically get terminated, with no visitation and they usually go to jail.

Thank you! That's exactly what I said they could be twins! The nose is dead on the eyebrows are the same. & Chris has his head on right hes super involved in his families life, always plays with his sisters kids, and he is a manager of a car dealership. @mylifeasamommy

My cousin works for cps because he is on the birth certificate and he has been around for the first year of her life and has emotional attachment he has rights still. If Chris gets a DNA test and she is his Brandon still has rights to visitation even if he has been abusive. My cousin said it happens all the time dads still get visitation after its been proven they are abusive because of a bull shit law stating they have a right to build the relationship back up. If Chris comes back the father though and Christina has to move back here we believe Brandon won't fite for his rights. Then we would still have to get his name off the birth certificate. The good thing though is my cousin said if Chris files in Arizona for rights she has to come back here with Ava even if she doesn't want to because the court paper work was filed here. @ashsloan @babynessa

I agree with @babynessa definitely get involved. She may be mad at you for getting involved but you can't sit around and wait for something bad to happen to either one of them and Chris has the right to do a DNA test and find out if that's his daughter so he can be there for her. If that's not his daughter I'll be shocked lol, I don't know the situation but from that side by side they look like twins. I hope it all works out for the better.

When your husband tells Chris let him know that Brandon took a DNA test and ended up not being the father. And the mother mentioned that he could be the father. I would also tell him the situation. Try to see if he'll get a DNA test ASAP so he can take her to court for custody rights.

Not if you can prove that he isn't the babies biological father and if the biological father tests the rights. Say the bio dad thinks that the baby is being abused he can call a cps case on the mother and non bio dad. Then the baby would be placed with the mothers family until tests confirm who the dad is and an investigation confirms if or if not there is some kind of abuse or neglect happening

For Brandon there has already been one proving he is not the bio dad but he is kn the birth certificate so she said he will still have parental rights. @ashsloan

I would for sure tell the other guy. He has the right to know and sounds like he should know. That little girl needs to be taken away.

They normally would do a Dna test during the investigation or at least they do here where I live.

i would call cps before anything bad happens sounds like shes being abused.. i know its not something you may not want to do but if shes TERRIFIED when any man comes near her thats a sign that shes being abused physically, mentally, or maybe sexually.

My cousin works with cps I called and asked some questions since Brandon is on the birth certificate while they are being investigated they could give Ava to his parents since they live in the same state. We are hoping to find a solution to get her back here. Her bio dad lives in Arizona. @ashsloan

Sounds like there needs to be a cps investigation which I know is not something you want to hear but if you feel like the little girl is in any harms way it is definitely your place to step in before something terrible happens
