Induction date is set for May 19th. I'll be 39 weeks. I was induced with my daughter at the same time. They used Pitocin and after getting to a 10 and pushing for who knows how long, I ended up with an emergency csection. So, now I'm trying for a VBAC. I really want to try something different this time. My question is, are there any mama's that have been induced using the Foley Bulb and if so, was it successful? Did u end up with a csection? I know all pregnancies are different (this is my 3rd) I just want to know others experiences.

i had an induction with the balloons with my first sadly i was in labor for 49 hours the balloons only dialated me to about a 4 from not being dilated at all but once i had the pitocin i only dilated to a 5 i ended up having an emergency csection. i hope its different for you. goodluck.

I was induced with my daughter and they used the bulb/balloon on me cause I wasn't dilated at all when I went in. We had a beautiful delivery and a vaginal birth.
