hey guys so I just found out that my husband has low sperm count is there anything we can do to enhance it? anything we can do? we've been trying for a year now. and nothing.

where can I get the prenatal for men? and can he take it even tho he's taking medication for s tumor he has in his head?
There are a few things you can try.... Boxers instead of whitey tighties, he can take zinc.

My fiancé has a low sperm count and took us a year to conceive we waited a couple of days and then we had sex and now we're pregnant and I'm 20 weeks along I think it had to do with the build up and then me sleeping with it inside me
