my first was vaginally too

I got my first sono at 5 weeks and it was vaginal. Then every one after that until about 16 weeks I had both done each time . I liked getting the baginal one only because I could see the baby better then the one on the belly , until she started getting bigger

my first was a vaginal ultrasound

I had my first ultra sound at about 5 weeks and they had to do it vaginal. I had another one at 8 weeks and I think they were able to see him from the belly then.

usually the belly ultrasound. I had one at 6 weeks on my belly and could see baby fine. just depends on the doctor I guess (:

They will probably try with your belly first and then if they're not picking anything up, you'll get a vaginal. That's what happened with me... But they thought I was 12 weeks and I was only 8

i got both belly and vaginal they did vaginal to have a closer view

I got jelly on the belly at 8 weeks with my first and then with this little nugget she tried to do vaginal and I asked if she could try belly first since it worked with my first guy, thankfully it did.

At my 10 week appointment they did a belly one.

Depends on the doctor. They may not do one at all.

I had one at about 12 weeks...it was regular one.....I think it depends once you get there. @bbybrittxoxo

I was 4 weeks at my first appointment. (found out super early) they did a vaginal. Scheduled me back two weeks later because I was so early the first time, they did a vaginal at 6 weeks too. I went back at 9 weeks because I thought I was leaking fluid & they did a belly one.

I was 8 weeks and I had a regular 1, just depends on the ultrasound tech or dr

I was 9 weeks my first ultrasound and it was a normal one. I've never had to have a vaginal ultrasound

I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks 4 days and she didn't do a vaginally but she had to put it right at my hair line but with my first the obgyn I had with her done the vaginal so it depends on your obgyn

They do vaginal up until your like 15 weeks at least that's what my doctor does

I had belly but they weren't even gonna do one at first.. my doctor thought I was measuring smaller than what we were calculating so he ordered the ultrasound and I had to go back the next day to get it done
