Thanks everyone. Bath hasn't worked and got no deep heat. It's getting worse :'(

As a first time mum, I listen and trust my midwives team. I've had a few issues over the last couple of weeks and they've gone above and beyond to look after me, make sure baby is okay and reassure me. I'd be lost without them to be honest. I trust what they tell me, as I don't know any better.

eeee dont get me started ladies lmao lol..too late lol my first bub was overdue dey induced me..I had an allergic reaction to d pessary den dey allow me to labor all day..baby goes in to distress n dey realise after emergency scan dat bub was undiagnosed breach...oh yea I was well pissed..I have no faith in em..im actually inclined to d idea of free birthing but im a wuss lmao

dats my point..all these health professionals myt hav degrees n yrs of experience in field but I wonder how many of dem actually hav kids lol..d amount of times ive gon to see midwife or consultant n not got straight answers is mind boggling..lik google n dis group is more informative..

I agree. apparently ur not suppose to hav to many hot baths either lol..ive done so throughout all three pregnancies..I think sometimes its jus a matter of using ur common sense..

I've used deep heat the spray and the cream on my back lol... @ssumner there's rules and regulations around everything. Not being funny or anything what did people do back in the day? We are too busy feeding our baby formula there was never formula back in my nan and grandads day? Lol there's too many rules and regulations

myt sound silly but im well endowed but petite n find I get allot of backpain esp wen nursing..id suggest a good fitting supportive bra hot baths n a massage..I have been getting shoulder blade pain in this pregnancy but I think its cuz of lack of sleep n external stresses ..hpe my advice was somewhat usefull x
