honestly it depends each woman is diffrent. I started experiencing them around 18 weeks and mine are some what painful. @mommietobe92

yeah sometimes it can be painful...@mommietobe92, my belly gets tight...& then loosen up it's just bh getting yhu ready for whn it's time to deliver

Mine felt like mild period cramps and also tightening - each woman/pregnancy is different ☺️
