Do lactation cookies really help? And what else helps milk supply, something that actually works
@hellosweetie, okay yeah that's what I've been doing, he does pee a lot actually. And I think he's nursing very well! When I wanna go out with baby I usually pump and take a bottle or two but now I can't because of low supply. I'll continue to nurse until I see changes ! :)
The only thing you can REALLY count on to work is to let baby latch and feed as much as it wants, it works as supply and demand, the more the baby nurses, the more you'll make! As long as baby is peeing 5 to 6 times per day or more (after the first week), then you know they are getting enough and no need to worry about your supply, even if they "feel" empty or baby wants to nurse ALL DAY lol they do that, it's how they get comfort and heal themselves and ease pain or discomfort and sleep better and so on...they basically use nursing as a cure all, but that's good for your supply!
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Breastfeeding information and tips
This is a post I've made to help women who are thinking of breastfeeding, or are breastfeeding and may have some questions about breastfeeding. It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,
We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
