my cousin did plenty of times. she even called her doctor to make sure it was safe.

I did just get Amina free dye and don't leave it in longer than the time labled

I've been getting my hair colored since the beginning. =) Just be in a ventilated area and no ammonia. Try to steer clear of getting it in your scalp, too.

It's a good idea to steer clear of bleach too, but there are non bleach based products you can use to lighten your hair if that's what you want to do. it's better for your hair anyways, to not use bleach or ammonia based products.
