yeah if u have medicaid you don't have to provide proof of income. .so id, insurance card, valid mailing address

@cubanese, they asked either for medical insurance or income and id. and proof of address.

okay cause the only thing I have for proof of pregnancy is my ultrasounds, my paper with my next appointment on it and my belly lol

they might just ask you to do a pregnancy test there too.
