Im going to apply for WIC today for my son and myself.. what all do I need to take?

I only had to take ID, proof of income & proof of address.

Ss card, ID, and proof of where you live like mail. I'm not sure on what else

proof of income.. my fiance is the only one who works.. how does that work? and I dont get bills or anything just stuff from Foodstamps and Medicaid.. will that work?

they might just ask you to do a pregnancy test there too.

okay cause the only thing I have for proof of pregnancy is my ultrasounds, my paper with my next appointment on it and my belly lol

@cubanese, they asked either for medical insurance or income and id. and proof of address.

well they were closed today and so was the foodstamp office!

yeah if u have medicaid you don't have to provide proof of income. .so id, insurance card, valid mailing address
