Does anyone know what I can take for sore throat? I feel horrible I can barely talk my throat feels soo raspy and hurts so bad. TIA
Promise you a teaspoon of coconut oil lemon and honey stirred in hot water will sooth your throat. @ameshia25 @mommyof2princessesp I literally drank that all day everyday until I got better..took for freaking ever.

@aidensmommy, Thank You I've been taking Robitussin and it doesn't help at all also I took the hall breezers and nothing have really bad headache, bodyache, and sore throat.

These are the ONLY medicines you can take, Tylenol for pain, Sudefed for stuffy nose, benadryl for allergies, Robitussin for your throat, or even cough drops. Nothing with alcohol is safe so no nyquil.
my doctor gave me a list of Medicine I could take when I was 30 weeks pregnant with a really bad flu.
