I didn't physically go to a class with my first, but I watched classes online (for free). Either way you will get through it, but it helped ease my anxiety a little bit.

I have been going to them even though I have had a child.. I didn't go to them before and I'm glad I'm going this time. every labor and delivery are different so I like to have more information and it eases my anxiety to know what could happen.

I went to them with my daughter 7 years ago and I did with with one.... I like to go because things change
