on a real note though, try to have more water intake.

I normal drink gingerale for upset stomach/acid issues

Ditto @aidensmomma1980 that's generic Zantac and it's over the counter. My OB has it on our safe otc med list

with my first I drank mylanta religiously! nothing else worked because I needed immediate relief

@gingermama, my ob gave me 150 mg of rantidine because I would wake up in the middle of the night choking on stomach acid that had come up. I couldn't breathe and I would get sick. I sleep sitting mostly up and I try not to eat before bed
