how do I get this post partum bloating to go down there's gotta be a way only 5 days after : (???????

it's funny that before birth my heart was always high now it's like 70 80 every night lol weird

I know cramps are normal for after delivery but 4 days ppd and I'm having pains all over my abdomen I don't remember that but is that normal my so says u just had a baby ! but he's a guy lol I know I don't have a infection cause I gas my cbc done in the er yesterday evening but not these pains I do have alot of gas trapped? ?????

4 days after birth not bleeding much cramps but not really any blood with it shoukd I worry it's my 3rd ?????I know they kept me on the pitocin drip for 8 hours after birth

so it's been 4 days. since aiden was born and I went to the hospital last night for shortness of breath badly the did a doppler on my legs and chest x ray and ekg everything normal but a bit anemic does anyone know what else it can be or gone through this after birth maybe anexiety? ?

does anyone know if it's ok to have shortness of breath after birth just came home from sunday today and have it stress maybe?
