Curious if anyone has ever had to travel out of town for their baby shower? When would be a good time? It would be driving not flying, and I know you can't travel in that last trimester.

having my shower in Florida, I'll be 27weeks. almost 28
I had one at 30 weeks and one at 32 weeks both out of town. I also went back out of town at 34 weeks but it was only 2.5 hrs away. we also took our hospital bag in case we needed to go to the hospital there. thankfully we didnt.
i had mine 8 hrs away at 32 weeks which is like the last week your allowed to travel
