in the beginning you can feel a little uncomfortable yes, but typically it's in the 3rd trimester when it's nearly impossible for some cause of pain and tightness haha. but being uncomfortable having sex is most definitely not a "sign" of pregnancy if that's what you're asking... You'll know for sure when you're pregnant based on several out of the ordinary feelings, women's intuition will make you question everything and your Dr will be there to confirm or deny as early as 3 to 4 weeks via blood :) good luck!
