Somebody tell me what's going on with his face, it was red rash now it's swollen

if its not spreading and look like white heads I'd say baby acne breast milk can clear rashes and acne but I'd still see a doc in case

We've been using same detergent since he was born, I think it from what I'm eating, I just started eating carrots @tahtahme

I would stop eating them, keep an eye on it and see if it clears up, if it doesn't call his ped. but if there's any swelling, like his eyes or nose or something like that take him to the ER.

he could be allergic to something you've eaten. or if you used a new product recently, like handsoap, lotion, perfume, laundry detergent, or even soap for washing your babies bottles, he could be allergic to the product.

allergy or eczema

Nah he been had rash for weeks now && it spread so we thought was ezcema, every where else is clearing up but his right side his face. It'll clear up in the morning && it'll be rash by the afternoon && then this the first time it swollen @j.d-rose

Yup he could be allergic to his formula! Ask a doctor just to be sure! You may have to switch to soy.
