Well try mediation...talk to him and just offer the day time to him on the weekend. Maybe he'll agree and then slowly with time you guys can agree to more time. Usually the CS office offers the mediation before going to court and if you guys don't agree then they give you a court date. Well at least that's what they did in my situation. It sucks because you really have to put your emotions to the side when it comes to this stuff and really think in the best interest of your son. Really my prayers are what got me through all of the drama. 😕

Age can be a big determining factor to visitation. I nursed my daughter and unfortunately when I'd pump not much would come out so we had an agreement that he'd see her for a few hours a week and I had the option to be present or not in order to nurse her and we'd change it when she stopped nursing. But he stopped showing up to court so unfortunately at 2 years old that's still our same order.

Idk girl. my kids father doesnt pay. texas does it different ive noticed. but you can go to court and find out how they will set it up. but get a lawyer if you go. but if hes on child support i think he has a right to get your son on the weekends. you'll have to talk to them and make sure. but i know thats what is in the papers here. i know when she didnt show for court tho they threatened to lock her up. @izamarpink

may I ask why? I never kept my son from him he just never came around ever he has tried a few times but now that he's older & has a dad (my bf) I always just tell who ever is relaying the message to tell him to Fuck off lol

Nope hasn't seen him since he was 6 months I wanna say my son is going to be 8 years old next month

They had to go to court, but every weekend or every other weekend from fri at 6pm nd he has to take her back sunday at 6pm and they rotate holidays.

it'll probably just be how much and the rights he has. my bfs papers just says how much he has to pay and when he gets his daughter. stuff like that.
